Terms and conditions

1. Non-refundable / Non-transferable. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable. Admission is valid for one (1) person only.
2. Valid for stated date & session. This package is only valid on the date and session stated on the ticket or booking confirmation.
3. Combo package inclusions. This package includes:

4. Redemption & admission procedure. Visitors must present their ticket or QR code at the Sky Xperience Concourse for verification prior to commencing the Sky Xperience journey.
5. Transfer arrangement. Upon completion of the Sky Xperience experience, visitors will be greeted by a designated Bunglow37 representative at the front entrance SkyX Gift Shop and escorted to the transportation provided for transfer to Bunglow37.
6. Punctuality. Visitors are advised to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to their scheduled entry time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and may result in the forfeiture of part or all of the experience.
7. Capacity & availability. Admission is subject to session availability and maximum capacity limits set by the organisers. The Malaysia Cultural Feast experience operates on selected dates and confirmed sessions only.
8. Changes to programme itinerary. The Management reserves the right to amend, postpone, substitute, or modify any activity, performance, menu item, transportation arrangement, or programme itinerary due to operational, safety, weather, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.
